Avocado Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup canned black beans
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

 

Directions

  1. Combine the avocado, black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle lime juice over top and sprinkle with salt. Stir together until well mixed.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
